Tobias lives a somewhat symbiotic lifestyle where his weekend activities as an adventure athlete are the source of inspiration for his day job as a journalist and writer. He has a penchant for entering endurance races around the world, most of which sound impossibly difficult to complete. Besides being the author of '50 Races to Run before you Die', he's a regular contributor to many of the outdoor publications from Men's Fitness to Runner's World, as well as being a columnist for Telegraph Men.
Andy specialises in providing Strength and Conditioning coaching, monthly programming for endurance competitors and Eating Disorder help to a range of elite and recreational athletes. When he has the time, Andy likes to dabble in endurance sport himself. He's been chased by polar bears in the high arctic, swim-run across baltic archipelagos and traversed the Alps by foot on multiple occasions, apparently all for fun.

Christian has always been a keen sportsman, playing a wide range of sports, but things really kicked up a gear when he developed a love for the bike in 2011 whilst training for the Etape du Tour. Lucja is a lover of running, the longer the better! Relatively new to running after taking it up to lose weight back in 2005, she has become hooked on adventure challenges and exploring the world through running. She is most comfortable when in her trainers and running kit somewhere up a mountain and loves encouraging more people to get involved, especially when they say they ‘can’t run'. Lucja is based in Edinburgh with her husband Dion (also an ultra runner specialising in multi day desert races) and their cat, Lara.
Mark is something of a jack of all trades, having completed numerous triathlons, cycle sportives, ultra marathons and swimming events. But it is in the latter where lies his super power. He's swum the Channel solo and in a relay alongside being a previous world record holder for the Enduroman Arch to Arc. Somehow he fits this all in around two kids, an equally adventurous wife and a busy job.
